Madeline Broerman is a 2010 graduate of Xavier University. After spending almost three years working and traveling in France, she began her insurance career in 2013. Madeline worked for two years at the Cincinnati Insurance Company as a Personal Lines Underwriter. She recently joined the Schiff Agency as a Customer Service Representative.

Maddie is on a first name basis with her customers. She applies and administers the changes for homeowner, auto, umbrella, and personal article policies. She lends an ear and a helping hand to her customers’ needs and is quick and accurate in her service.
Madeline enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her brand-new niece. In her free time, Maddie enjoys going to FC Cincinnati and XU basketball games. She also loves traveling, taking part in French conversation groups, and singing in a local choir.
