Carla began her career with the Cincinnati Insurance Company. She joined Schiff Insurance in 1988 as an administrative assistant. Prior to serving as the agency’s Claims Specialist, Carla administered and serviced personal lines accounts for Dan Brannon and Mike Lint. She is also a licensed agent.

Carla administers and oversees all the property and casualty claims that come through the agency. She is responsible for reviewing claims for both Commercial and Personal lines coverage. She records the claim’s information, determines which coverage could be effective, and reports the claim to the insurance company making sure that the proper filing procedures have been correctly followed.

Carla and her husband Matt have two children whose various after school activities take up much of her time away from the office. She is active in her community through her church and children’s school.
